First of all, our stylists charge by the amount of time spent with each guest, regardless of the service.

But rest assured, we have a stylist for every need and budget.
We quote an initial price during our first conversation. We normally have a first conversation via phone or text, and even exchange pictures so we can get an idea of what you’re looking to get done.
Then during the consultation process, when we get a really good look at your hair and assess it’s health, the time we both have, and then end goal if we need to make adjustments we talk about it then.
Every new guest gets a free 15 consultation prior to service so we can work together to craft a plan, just for you!

Your experience begins when you book your appointment, either by phone or online.
On the day of your session, you’ll be greeted by your stylist who will walk you through a 15 minute consultation and will create a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met.
If you booked a color session, a custom formula will be created for you and recorded in our system so that it’s ready for future visits. We have a wide array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your color processes.
Your stylist will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared and extended styling lessons are available both in person and online.
We’ll wrap up your session by sharing our recommendations for at home care and set up your next appointment. We’ll eagerly await you next visit!
